Morgan International Privacy Policy

The introduction of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a positive change towards giving you more control over how your data is used and how you are contacted. In line with this, we have changed our Privacy Policy. 

This policy states our internal Morgan International privacy practices reflecting our commitment to protect the personal data of our customers while being exchanged or processed through our website, mobile application, or any other Morgan International communication channel. 

This statement also highlights WHAT type of personal data we may collect, WHY we use it, WHO we may share it with, HOW we handle it, and WHEN we may dispose it off.

Why & How we use your Personal Information 

We only collect from you the personal information that is necessary to carry out our contractual obligations towards you, in accordance with the legal requirements. The failure to provide us with the mandatory personal information may result in Morgan being unable to provide you the requested products and services.

•To fulfil our agreement with you including processing your registration, sending you your user name and access code or other details relating to your registration in our courses, or contacting you if there is a problem with your application process;

•To facilitate your enrolment in Morgan Programs, if any;

•For our own marketing purposes, such as sending you updates on our latest offers and promotions. When you provide personal information online, you may indicate that you do not want to receive direct marketing materials from Morgan;

•To analyze how our users’ access, navigate our services and use Morgan platforms;

•To process your payment and/or refund;

•For customer support, including resolving and answering any queries which you may send to us by email or other forms of communication;

•To improve our products and services;

•To personalize your learning experience or provide services tailored to your requirements;

•To meet compliance obligations corporate systems or audit purposes, including the prevention of fraud for online payments and use of payment schemes;

And for all other purposes necessary for the provision of our services and other supplementary services related to your course registrations and attendance.

•We need to use your information so that we can process your course registrations, track your progress, fulfil your study arrangements and otherwise perform a contract or take steps to enter a contract with you.

•It is in Morgan’ legitimate interests as a tuition provider to use your personal information to operate and improve its business

•Morgan needs to use your personal information to comply with a legal obligation.

•You have consented to Morgan using your information for a particular purpose.

If we process your personal data in our legitimate interests, in addition to the purposes stated above, it will be for promoting our business, developing better services and products, improving customer service, protecting our business against financial loss, processing job application and managing legal issues. In all cases, we make sure that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override those interests. 

What type of Personal Information we collect 

When you use the Morgan website, mobile site or applications, we may collect various personal information of you. The type of personal information we collect about you depends on your interaction with us, and may include, but not limited to, the following:

•Your pinpointed physical location information from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower proximity (geo-location tracking);

Morgan cannot identify the age of the users who use and access our websites and mobile application. If the Personal Information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in giving the consent required under this Data Privacy Policy and in correcting any information given or in informing us that the information should be disregarded or deleted. 

Who we may share your Personal Information with

To facilitate your learning experience and course registration process, we may need to share your personal information with:

•Our entities and/or affiliates companies i.e. Morgan Holding SA  to fulfil our agreement with you;

•Course Partner and materials suppliers which involves sharing of peronsal information to get access codes to the learning platforms;

•Banks and payment providers, to process and authorize payments;

•Service providers who assist us to provide our services, including local agents who manage and support customer needs;

•Third parties to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you;

•Our staff and agents to do any of the listed above on our behalf, anytime.
