The purpose of this post is to inform you that access to the Becker CPA course software through Becker has been terminated, effective immediately. Access has been obtained under circumstances that were not authorized by Becker Professional Education and that are otherwise unlawful. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the purchase of offerings from individuals or groups who are not associated with Becker and who have no authority to offer or sell products and services provided by Becker or to distribute information related to those products or services.  

Morgan International is the only company authorized by Becker to distribute access to the Becker CPA course in the Middle East, either itself or through its official network. Any use of Becker CPA course materials through any other networks and any sharing or reproducing of these materials constitutes copyright infringement and is in clear violation of the intellectual property laws in the relevant Middle East jurisdictions, including but not limited to, the UAE, KSA, Egypt and Jordan.

Becker Professional Education takes the protection and enforcement of its intellectual property rights very seriously and is willing to take any and all measures necessary to protect its rights in these jurisdictions. 

It has come to our attention that certain groups such as “Your Way to CPA” and “Dr. CPA” have been utilizing social media to offer account access to the Becker CPA course without knowledge or authorization from Becker or Morgan International. Our records show that you have accessed the Becker CPA course through these means. As a result, you do not have a valid license to use any form of Becker CPA course materials, including any content that may have been translated.  

If you would like to restore access, please contact our authorized distributor, Morgan International at tel:+96181566106, WhatsApp: +96181566106, or email: [email protected] and make a purchase of Becker’s CPA course access directly from Morgan International. After your payment to Morgan International has been verified and collected, Becker CPA course account access will be restored without a loss of progress. Unless you purchase access of the Becker CPA course from Morgan International before/by February 15, 2024, your account will be permanently deleted.  Account deletion is irreversible.

Nothing in this letter shall be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any rights or remedies of Becker Professional Education or Morgan International in regard to this matter.  All such rights and remedies, whether at law or in equity, are hereby expressly reserved.
