Morgan International Privacy Policy


The introduction of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a positive change towards giving you more control over how your data is used and how you are contacted. In line with this, we have changed our Privacy Policy. 


This policy states our internal Morgan International privacy practices reflecting our commitment to protect the personal data of our customers while being exchanged or processed through our website, mobile application, or any other Morgan International communication channel. 


This statement also highlights WHAT type of personal data we may collect, WHY we use it, WHO we may share it with, HOW we handle it, and WHEN we may dispose it off.

We only collect from you the personal information that is necessary to carry out our contractual obligations towards you, in accordance with the legal requirements. The failure to provide us with the mandatory personal information may result in Morgan being unable to provide you the requested products and services.

•To facilitate your enrolment in Morgan Programs, if any;

•You have consented to Morgan using your information for a particular purpose.


If we process your personal data in our legitimate interests, in addition to the purposes stated above, it will be for promoting our business, developing better services and products, improving customer service, protecting our business against financial loss, processing job application and managing legal issues. Morgan cannot identify the age of the users who use and access our websites and mobile application. If the Personal Information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in giving the consent required under this Data Privacy Policy and in correcting any information given or in informing us that the information should be disregarded or deleted.

To facilitate your learning experience and course registration process, we may need to share your personal information with:

•Our entities and/or affiliates companies i.e. Morgan Holding SA  to fulfil our agreement with you;

•Course Partner and materials suppliers which involves sharing of peronsal information to get access codes to the learning platforms;

•Banks and payment providers, to process and authorize payments;

•Service providers who assist us to provide our services, including local agents who manage and support customer needs;

•Third parties to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you;

•Our staff and agents to do any of the listed above on our behalf, anytime.
