These terms of service are entered into by and between the individual purchasing the Program (defined below) or services (“You” or “Your”) and Morgan International ("Morgan"). The following terms of service ("Terms of Service"), and other policies (collectively “Morgan Policies”) govern Your access to and use of service, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Materials and Copyrights

You understand and agree that the content and materials for services are protected by copyright law and are only being licensed to your individual and personal use in preparation to sit for the exam. You shall not copy, record, sell, loan, or divulge any content and materials to any other party, or allow any other person to do so. All notes taken by You and all content and materials shall be always kept in Your possession.

Eligibility to Sit for The Exam

It is Your responsibility to determine the requirements to sit and earn the credential, certification, or charter you are applying for. These requirements may vary, but are not limited to, educational hour minimums, residency, work experience requirements, university transcripts evaluations, etc. Learn more about Your exam sitting and certification, charter, or license requirements by visiting the examining “certification” body’s official website. You are responsible for determining entrance requirements and commiting to the deadlines required by the certification body.

Study Format

You may have the choice of three study formats: Live, Live Online, and Self Study. Live and Live Online course lectures are available as part of the designated study packages to supplement self-study materials and content. Morgan posts available live and Live online class schedules on www.morganintl.com. You need to have an eligible product/package purchase to enroll in Live or Live online courses. Course schedules are subject to change.

"Alternate scheduling options can be accessed on our website or by calling the local office.

Live and Live Online programs can be attended only once during the access period granted for each program. You will be responsible to schedule the courses within the access period.

Not all programs are delivered in three formats. Contact Your local office for further information. "

Academic Progress and Certificates of Attendance

The purpose of Morgan programs is to prepare you for the corresponding exams. Therefore, while Morgan does provide visibility to individual course progression though the course software, Morgan does not issue grades, track formal academic progress, nor award degrees or diplomas at the course completion. Completion of the program is not required to be eligible to sit for the corresponding exam. Certificate of completion of exam review programs may be requested for individual basis, such as for verification by employer.

Termination Right

You may terminate the license, enrolment, service, or subscription at any time, however, whether You receive a refund is based on Morgan’s Refund Policy set forth below.

Refund Policy

"Requests for a refund must be made in writing within five (5) days from Your date of purchase explaining the reasons for cancellation and before activation of the access. No refunds will be accepted after attending the first lecture. Morgan will issue the refund, minus any non-refundable fees within thirty days from request (or from date of printed materials return, if applicable). Refund will be issued, after deducting any non-refundable fees or CPE completed course fees outlined below, within thirty days from request.

Refunds are only issued for the full bundle purchased and are not subject to partial refunds based on lack of utilization of bundle features, such as Live or Live Online instruction or tutoring. For CPE Subscription/Certificates refunds will be pro-rated based upon the number of completed courses or webcasts. Each completed course or webcast will be assessed at the existing “per course” rate and deducted from the refund amount.

All terminations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the local office.
